    @jonasfreakz2

Seriously. Cartoons these days are all about toilet humor. Take Cartoon Network for example. There used to be some really good cartoons on there like Yogi Bear, Bugs Bunny, Dexter’s Lab, Johny Bravo, etc.. Those were epic. Now all their cartoons are toilet humor and pretty much toilet humor only. The only only other things in their present day cartoons are corny jokes.

this is like the only cartoon ive ever seen tht really tells what christmas is bout. but of course we cant put stuff like tht in cartoons now. (wich is dumb)

It just breaks my heart that ‘Political Correctness’ has turned Christmas into a “Swear Word”
And I’m a Black guy saying That!
How Ironic that something that was meant to help INCLUDE others has lead to EXCLUDING Christians in America.
    What a tragedy.

That’s the reason for the season. Let’s keep Christmas a religious holiday.

There is EPIC IRONY in that TV special. Here we had Charles Schulz biatching about the overcommercialization of Christmas, yet he himself was one of the BIGGEST exploiters of that holiday since 1965! Let’s see how far you can get through December without seeing at least ONE Charlie Brown or Snoopy christmas doodad on the store shelves.

I second that anythingnew… This brings tears of joy to my eyes and praise for Charles Schulz. Can you imagine what the world would think if such open speaking about God and His Son were to occur on television today? Maybe one of the sweetest testimonies one could ever hear…

    Not back then it wasn’t.

  9. Omnitrix12

    Don’t be so sure.

Never again will there be cartoons for kids that speak of Jesus in such a way. Now, atheism rules all.

Without Jesus Christ, there is no Christmas.

I celebrate Christmas, because to me, Christmas is not about religions, or Jesus, or anything like that. Thought it may be to some people, for me it is about love, family, and happiness. It is a time of year, that regardless of what religions you belong to, it binds people together, and can uplift you from the darkest areas of your life. That’s what Christmas means to me.

We celebrate the birth of Jesus out of love for him, or if we can’t find love, then out of respect. Because it’s not a yoke, and it’s not a medal or a badge of status. Let me tell you the honest truth, and this is the facts. All religions have their own philosophy, and anybody can be part of a religion without following that philosophy, but Christianity is the only religion that stresses love above all else; for God, from God; it doesn’t matter. That’s what Christmas is really all about.

This is without a doubt the single finest Christmas special that I have ever watched, and I’m proud to have it on DVD.

Well, i din write those out of anger. Simply a sharing of a defensive msg on behalf of biblical teachings against anti-biblical teachings. People always look for d good, muslims, buddhists, hindus, whatever religion teaches the good ways. But what makes christians special? You and I both know. the bible tells us to defend for the Truth, and that is exactly what I am doing dude. Whether you accept it, it’s totally out of my control, but i believe that what i am doing wont be vain.

Some scholars believe that one of these was likely the name that Jesus was known by during his lifetime by his peers. Thus, the name has been translated into English as “Joshua”.

  19. PreacherTHC

Jesus lived in Galilee for most of his life and spoke Aramaic and possibly Hebrew and some Greek. The name “Jesus” comes from an alternate spelling of the Latin (I?sus) which in turn comes from the Greek name Iesous (??????). In the Septuagint ?????? is used as the Greek version of the Hebrew name Yehoshua (??????, “God delivers” from Yeho — Yahweh [is] shua` — deliverance/rescue) in the Biblical book of the same name, usually Romanized as Joshua.

I’m out of here now. Sad day when people can’t look for the good in the world.

  21. dvorakrusalka1

I think it’s sadly amusing at how a little video like this… which contains no evil in it, ruffles so many feathers. You have no idea who I am, nor do you know my walk with the Lord. I made a positive comment about a little video which has some incredible morals in it. And you folks have come back with more anger and judgement. Chew on Matthew 5:22 for a while.

  22. SimplyMadeOfDust09

    Yah-shua?

  23. SimplyMadeOfDust09

What PreacherTHC said is true. There is no significance of Christianity in christmas except the fact tat humans forcefully mix in christian teachings into it. Why do we celebrate Jesus’ birthday since Jesus never needs us to, not to mention the false date? Why yoke ourselves with paganism? Where is the need? While we are commanded to observe sabbath, Holy Communion, Baptism etc, we do not care to put that into practice. Yet now, christians are tryin to create a pointless day for Jesus?

  24. PreacherTHC

You happily put up with whatever anyone tells you, even if they preach a different Jesus than the one we preach, or a different kind of SPIRIT than the one you received, or a different kind of gospel than the one you believed…..I have nothing bad to say about Charley Brown or Mr. Schultz, But It’s the Holy Spirit that we should seek not the Christmas spirit!!! In the name of Yah-shua peace be with you.

  25. PreacherTHC

I hope you will put up with a little more of my foolishness. Please bear with me. For I am jealous for you with the jealousy of God himself. I promised you as a pure bride to one husband—Christ. But I fear that somehow your pure and undivided devotion to Christ will be corrupted, just as Eve was deceived by the cunning ways of the serpent.
