    The greatest Chistmas Song ever!!! John Lennon would be proud!!! “Let’s stop all the fight!!! Have a Merry,Merry Christmas, and a happy new year, let’s hope it’s a good one without any fear…” Remarkable!!!! USA MUTHAFUCKA’S!!!!

    Sadly no, even after repeated maiings.

    The mvdbase has this as being a live recording, filmed and released in Dec 1994. Melissa has included covers on some previous albums, it’s disappointing for me that this timeless one wasn’t included on her re-released xmas album.

    @MichaelJacksonFan000

    Although Melissa does have extraordinary dramatic talents and stagecraft excellence, she is more widely recognised as the finest woman singer/ songwriter who has ever graced the planet.
    That’s all.

    This would have been a wonderful inclusion on the re-release of Melissa’s Christmas album.

    It really speaks to the spirit of Christmas, togetherness and Peace.

    She could sing the freakin phone book and make it sound great!!
    This is the best version I’ve ever heard, yeah, better than John Lennon even.
    So much emotion and feeling in her delivery. Lovin’ that woman and she rocks!

    yeah i know….but what i mean is that the vid seems to have been dubbed by a concert version or something…i want to hear one without people screaming

  12. MarleneBomer

    She at one time was thought to play the icon Janis Joplin in a biopic, but the movie, like many before it, has gone into obscurity before even one actor being hired.

  13. MarleneBomer

    This is actually the “official” video.

  14. nealbrice

    yes, and she can act too.

    As a teen I had known this song by Lennon. And I fell in love with it! The old one was the best, but she really put this one on the board.. Beautiful song!

  16. LaKulasa
