What is the easiest 'take along' meal to make for xmas?
I'm going to be visiting my brother in a hospital for xmas, and it will be just us two for the day. I'm trying to come up with an easy to make meal that would be suitable for the holiday for just us. It will have to be re-heated in a microwave because I live about 25 minutes away. Thanks!

Baked turkey breast or ham, boiled sweet potatoes, steamed green peas. Take along some yeast rolls and cranberry sauce separately. Rolls take only about 8 to 12 seconds to heat & cranberries are better cold or room temp. Could throw in some stuffed celery or black olives to decorate the heated plate & make it festive. Cookies travel well, or custard-type pie like pumpkin or pecan.
