How To Keep My Xmas Tree Fresh?

We bought a real about 2 weeks ago, and it is going brown already. This tree we bought was gorgious. It didnt have any dying needles on it at all, and seemed like it was going to last forever. But now, only 2 weeks later, it seems to be browning already, and is not sucking up any water. When we got it home, i did as people say, cut off an inch from the bottom, put a little sugar in the water, and use warm water when watering it, but this isnt working. Does anyone know what i can do do bring my tree back so it starts using the water again? Thanks.

A christmas tree will only last 10-15 days inside you put yours up to early. It should’ve been keep outside in a bucket of water in the shade till it was time to put it up. You might try cutting off some of the bottom of the tree again so it can get water easier again but I think you need a new tree.

Do like the dogs do, pee on it. Too shy? Have some drinks!

Put an asprin in the water and see if that works. That is usually what I do when we get a real xmas tree. Put wwater and a asprin in it and it should last.
